If you get the message that no salary advance is currently available, this may be due to the following reasons:
1. The linked bank account does not appear to be a salary account.
-> Please connect your actual salary account so that we can check the necessary information such as your employer and the amount of your salary.
2. The employer name you entered does not match the name on your bank statement (e.g. name entered: Axel-Leitner-Schule; name on the bank statement: “Landesamt für Besoldung").
-> Please correct the details in your user profile under “My account” accordingly or contact MyWage support.
3. Your name does not match the name of the account holder.
-> Either enter the correct bank account or register again with the correct spelling of your name. Please note: It is currently not possible to link the bank account of another person - e.g. your spouse - as a salary account.
4. Your incoming salary has not been recognized. Sometimes it happens that our system does not recognize or correctly assign the salary on the bank statement.

5. The current financial situation is classified as a temporary problem, for example due to recognized chargebacks.
